As a minimum, all work is in accordance with industry regulatory body requirements for each individual trade and all work conforms to the National Building Standards and the Regulations Act 103 as amended and SANS 10400.

Contract administration is effectively controlled through in depth knowledge of the various construction contracts including but not limited to JBCC, NEC3 and MBSA.

The minimum health and safety standards acceptable to us are those required by relevant legislation.

The hands on approach from management level allows our company to successfully promote and internal culture that prioritises occupational health and safety proactive measures, which has solidified our reputation of 0% major injuries for fatalities on site over the past 19 years.
